At Koru, every order is prepared with attention, packed with care, and shipped with the utmost professionalism. However, we understand that there may be a need to return a product. Here you will find all the useful information for returns, refunds, and shipping.

1.Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
The product must be:
intact, unused, unopened
in the original packaging, complete in all its parts
packed carefully to avoid damage during return shipping
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
Opened room fragrances (even just to “smell” the essence), for hygienic and sanitary reasons
Customized items or items on sale/end of line, except for manufacturing defects
⚠️ Unauthorized returns or those not communicated via email according to the indicated procedure will be refused and shipped back to the sender at their expense.
🛑 We reserve the right to refuse returns or future orders from customers who have abused our return policy.
✅ All returns are subject to quality control. Only if the product meets the above conditions will it be approved for a refund.
1.1 Return procedure
To start the return procedure, you must send an email to segnalazione@korushop.it with the following information:
.First and last name
.Order number
.Reason for return
.Clear photos and videos showing the condition of the product
Requests without these elements cannot be processed.
📦 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
2. Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, after quality control.
🔹 Full refund:
If the product is intact, unopened and with original packaging
🔸 Partial refund:
If the product has been opened or shows defects from improper use
In this case, a qualitative assessment will be carried out
❗ Shipping costs are not refunded.
3. Shipping
We ship throughout Italy via our partner GLS.
. Italy: € 5.99
. Islands: € 6.99
We do not offer free shipping, to ensure:
Professional and reinforced packaging
Protection of fragile items
Lower risk of damage during transport
⏱ Delivery times:
Delivery to GLS within 24/48 working hours from order confirmation
GLS delivers in 48/72h depending on the destination
📍 Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the package is taken over by the courier.
3.1 Delivery attempts and storage
GLS makes 2 delivery attempts.
If the recipient is absent:
The package is automatically returned to the sender
It is possible to activate storage at the recipient's expense (upon timely request)
3.2 Optional insurance
To protect yourself from damage during transport, you can add optional insurance for €5.
If the package arrives damaged:
✅ Full refund or replacement (depending on availability)
❌ If you do not select insurance, Koru will not be responsible for damage caused by the courier and we will not be able to offer refunds or replacements.
3.3 Failure to collect the package
Failure to collect the package by the customer is not considered a return.
In this case:
The package will automatically return to the sender (Koru).
The refund will not be made.
The customer may request a new shipment of the product, with the charge of new shipping costs.
⚠️ According to current regulations, the right of withdrawal remains valid only if the customer physically receives the product and communicates the intention to return it within 14 days of delivery.
Therefore, if the package is refused, not collected or abandoned, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
3.4 Reporting damaged packages
All products are shipped with reinforced packaging and checked one by one before departure.
However, if the package arrives visibly damaged, it is essential to report it within 24h of delivery.

Description of the problem
Photos of the package (inside and outside)
Video of the unboxing
⚠️ In the absence of adequate and timely documentation, we will not be able to proceed with a refund or replacement.

Koru is not responsible for damages not documented or reported after the indicated deadlines.
We reserve the right to update the return, refund, and shipping conditions at any time. We invite you to consult this page before each order.
